Jeff Apploff is the President and CEO of Apploff Entertainment, a cutting-edge production company that specializes in creating, developing and producing world-class content and groundbreaking formats around the world. The company is well respected for its consistent work with all of the top broadcast networks and streamers, as well as creating and packaging custom content for world-renowned mobile apps, celebrities and beloved brands in all forms of media.

In 2007, he created and executive-produced FOX’s DON’T FORGET THE LYRICS!, which was hosted by Wayne Brady. Original versions of the series were produced in more than 25 countries. In 2009, the series also went into syndication across the country and was hosted by Sugar Ray frontman Mark McGrath. Beginning in May, an all-new DFTL premieres on FOX, hosted by Emmy Award-nominated comedic actress Niecy Nash.

In 2016, Apploff created BEAT SHAZAM, which currently is in its fifth season on FOX. He also is the executive producer of FOX’s MENTAL SAMURAI, which is hosted by Rob Lowe and is produced in conjunction with Warner Horizon and A.Smith & Co. Productions.

In 2021, Apploff executive-produced an American version of the U.K. smash hit “The Wheel,” hosted by record-breaking comedian Michael McIntyre.

Additional credits include “Face The Family” and “Let’s Ask America,” as well as FOX’s “Million Dollar Money Drop,” “Take Me Out” and “Boom!”
