Newcomer Rafael Silva is a recent graduate of Pace University's B.F.A. Acting Program, with 9-1-1: LONE STAR marking his first series regular role.  His additional credits include a guest appearance on the television drama “Madam Secretary,” opposite Tea Leoni, and the feature film “Fluidity,” starring Nico Tortorella and directed by Linda Yellen.
