Frank Siracusa is the President of Toronto-based Whizbang Films Inc. and the Co-founder of Wiseacre. With Whizbang Films’ remarkable 25 years in business, Frank is renowned for his work on award-winning productions, including hit shows Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek: Strange New World. Frank has fostered strong partnerships with Netflix, Hulu, All Access and Amazon and studios including NBC, CBS and MGM. An accredited executive producer, Frank has received many nominations for his work and won multiple Primetime Emmys, a Golden Globe, Canadian Screen Awards and Gemini Awards.

Since 2018, Frank has worked alongside John Weber, President and CEO of Take 5 Productions, as Co-founders of Wiseacre, a full-service, all-in-one production hub providing comprehensive support and services across the Greater Toronto Area. Together, they also manage the development, construction, and operations of a new 6-stage studio facility, CBS Stages Canada, the first network-branded studio space in Canada.
