Australian actor Adam Demos has achieved great success in both film and television. This Fall, Demos will portray Will Ready on FOX’s upcoming Hawaii lifeguard drama Rescue: HI-Surf. 

Most recently, he reprised his role as Brad Simon in Season Two of Sex / Life starring alongside Sarah Shahi, which premiered in March 2023. Season One of Sex / Life had been viewed by over 67 million households, making it the third largest audience for an original Netflix series.  

Demos starred in A Perfect Pairing rom-com feature, opposite Victoria Justice. The film centers on an ambitious LA wine-company exec (Justice) who travels to an Australian sheep station to land a client but ends up spending time with a rugged local (Demos).

He made his U.S. television debut in the explosive Season Three premiere of the award-winning hit drama series UnREAL in February 2018. Demos played August, a pro-surfer humanitarian contestant on the show’s fictional dating series Everlasting for Seasons Three and Four. 

Subsequently, Demos starred alongside Christina Milian in the wildly popular 2019 rom com, Falling Inn Love. He played Jake Taylor, helping Christina Milian’s Gabriela Diaz perform an eco-renovation on an inn she won in a competition. The two fall in love while turning the decrepit property into their dream Bed and Breakfast. 

Demos attended drama school in Australia. His Australian credits include Channel Ten's Wonderland, Channel Seven's Home & Away and Winners & Losers, and Channel Nine's Underbelly and Rescue Special Ops. He was recognized at the 2013 Sydney Film Festival for his performance in the short film Aboriginal Heart.
