Nick Bullen is a multi-award-winning television producer. His credits range from the BAFTA award-winning live event The Queen‘s 90 Birthday Celebrations to the Emmy Award winning, international entertainment hit franchise, The Real Full Monty. Nick began his career at Granada Television where he went on to become the youngest ever Editor of Britain’s flagship daytime show, This Morning.

In 2004 Nick launched his own independent production company, Spun Gold TV. The business has expanded over the last 20 years to include a range of production, post-production and social media labels. In 2023, Nick amalgamated Spun Gold and its sister labels, Penny Lane Entertainment, Love Monday, Wise Wolf, Mill Bay Media and Joy Peddlers under a new parent company, 53 Degrees Global.

The expanded business produces both scripted and unscripted content ranging from the BAFTA Film and TV Awards to long-running crime drama, from premium documentaries to returning daily formats and from blue chip arts programming to award winning ad-funded content, plus a range of corporate work for domestic and international clients on both linear and social media platforms.

Additionally, over the last three decades, Nick and his team have built a rare and much cherished broadcast relationship with the British Royal Family. As a result, 53 Degrees Global is now one of the world’s leading suppliers of royal programming. Nick has been dubbed “The King of Royal TV” by the press in the UK and US, and is a co-founder of the first TV and social media channel dedicated to all things Royal – True Royalty – available to subscribers in the US, Canada, UK and around the world.
